Walsh QA Reports Types

Not sure which reports to use to see your inspection results and get your required reporting data?

Below is a full list of all reports and what they do.

Performance - Inspection: View the overall performance results with average scores, inspection count, and duration by inspection template, question, evaluator, operator, assignment, and location.

Performance - Evaluator: View individualized performance results and trends by Evaluator. 

Performance - Operator: View individualized performance results and trends by Operator. 

Performance - Follow-up: View which follow-ups are on time or overdue.

Performance - Deficiency: View the count of how many times an inspection question has failed and the pass rate. Also Identify trends in specific deficiencies over time and pinpoint where (location) problems are occurring.

Performance - Response: Easily track response selections in surveys and inspections.

Performance - ATP: Focused exclusively on ATP testing results.

Details - Inspection: View a list of inspections completed and drill down to view all details for any inspection including; score calculations, responses, follow-up details, notes, photos, signatures, etc.

Details - Follow-up: View the details of all your follow-ups, including; due date, notes, photos, etc.

Details- Deficiency: View the details of all your deficiencies with notes and photos.

Activity Log: View the follow-up activity performed by your team on any date range selected. 

Inspection Count: View how many inspections your team is performing within a specific time range.

Inspected/Not (Location): Easily determine which locations have or have not been inspected. If the location has been inspected, the report will display the date of the last inspection.

Inspected/Not (Operator): Easily determine which Operators have or have not been inspected. If the Operator has been inspected, the report will display the date of the last inspection.
