Deficiency Details Report
Looking for the details, notes, and photos of your deficiencies?
By running the Deficiency Details Report you can easily view the details of all your deficiencies, including the notes, photos, etc...
(Note: Only Account Administrators & Managers can generate reports.)
2 . There are 2 elements to this report:
a. Deficiency Count - count of total deficiencies within the parameters selected.
b. Deficiency Details Table - details of each deficiency, including; topic, assignment, question, inspection template, notes, photos, location, etc.
3. To enlarge a photo within a deficiency, click on the row of the deficiency you wish to view, it will be highlighted. Then click the green button at the top of the table: Select row + click here to enlarge photos + notes.
Here you can view the enlarged photos together with the notes.
Click the green back button in the top left-hand corner to return to the main report.
Use the Search Bar to filter the results with text within the Topics, Questions, and Latest Notes.
To export the report, click the "..." icon ... at the top right-hand corner of the report table and then click on Export Data.
6. To open the report in Full-Screen click on the arrows at the top right-hand corner of the report.
7. To focus/expand on the report table, click the Focus Mode icon.
8. To sort the data by Ascending or Descending, click on the column title you would like to sort by in the report.
Note: The example below is sorted by Topic.
- To apply filters, click on the View Filters Selected button on the blue left-hand menu. You can filter on the following parameters:
a. Date Range
b. Inspection ID
c. Evaluator
d. Operator
e. Assignment
f. Inspection Template
g. Location
h. Location Model - i.e. Patient Rooms, Waiting Areas, etc.
i. Compliance % by Question - compliance % of how the item was scored (calculated by the response option selected, i.e. Fail = 0%). By default, the report will display any question that scored a compliance of 99% or lower, but you can customize this here.
The report data will update automatically as the filters are applied.
To close the filter pane, click on the arrow button on the top right corner of the filter pane.
