Follow-up Performance Report
By running the Follow-up Performance Report, you will be able to see which follow-ups are on time or overdue.
Note: Only Account Administrators & Managers can generate reports.
When signed in to the system, click on the Reports tab in the left-hand menu bar. Once the menu is open, click on the Follow-up Performance report.
There are 5 versions of this report that you can view by using the tabs on the bottom of the report screen.
a. Summary - overall follow-up performance summary.
b. Inspection Template - follow-up performance by Inspection Template.
c. Operator - follow-up performance by Operator.
d. Evaluator - follow-up performance by Evaluator
e. Location - follow-up performance by Location.
Note: The title of the report will indicate the tab you are viewing.
This report has 4 elements.
a. Status Filter - filter on the status of follow-ups, select one or multiple.
b. Follow-up Count - displays the total count of all follow-ups by status.
c. Follow-up Performace Pie Graph - displays the percentage of follow-ups that are on time or overdue.
d. Follow-up Performance Bar Graph - displays the percentage of follow-ups that are on time or overdue.
Note : Green = On Time, Red = Overdue.
4. To drill down to see the follow-up details, highlight the row you would like to view. Then click on the blue button on the top of the table: Select row + click here to see details.
Note: To see both on time and overdue click on the row title (below example: Operator name). To view only your overdue follow-up details click on the red colored part of the row, or to view the on time follow-up details click on the green colored part of the row.
In the examples below we will use the Operator tab.
Here you will see a summary breakdown of the follow-ups associated with the row that you selected, showing the count and percentage of follow-ups that are On Time and/or Overdue.
You can drill down even further by clicking on the "+" icons on the table.
5. To export the report, click the "..." icon at the top right-hand corner of the report table and then click on Export Data.
6. To open the report in Full-Screen click on the arrows at the top right-hand corner of the report.
7. To focus/expand on the report table, click the Focus Mode icon.
8. On the blue left-hand menu, you can filter on the following parameters: a. Date Range b. Evaluator c. Operator d. Assignment e. Inspection Template f. Location Model (i.e. Patient Rooms, Waiting Rooms, etc.) g. Campus h. Building i. Floor j. Area k. Room
The report data will update automatically as the filters are applied.
