Evaluator Performance Report

Want to see the performance results and trends of a specific Evaluator? 

By running the Evaluator Performance Report, you can view individualized performance results and trends for a specific Evaluator. 

(Note: Only Account Administrators & Managers can run reports.)


1. When signed in to the system, click on the Reports tab in the left-hand menu bar. Once the menu is open, click on Evaluator Performance.



2. Select your filters:

(Note: The report will display blank until an Evaluator is selected. The report data will update automatically as the filters are applied.)


  • a. Evaluator - User that you would like to view individualized results and trends. Select the drop-down menu or toggle through the list. 

    b. Date Range - By default, the report displays all inspection data within the last 6 months, to expand your date range past 6 months,  click on the " All Data" switch in the top left corner of the report.

    c. Inspection Template(s)


  1.  The Pass Threshold% is located on the blue left-hand menu.
    1. Slide the Pass Threshold % range bar, or manually input a number to set the score you consider a “Pass”.

      Scores at or above are displayed in green, and those below are in red.

      (Note: The threshold will be set to 90% by default)


4. There are 6 elements to this report. 

    1. Inspection Summary - total inspection count and the average total of inspections performed on a given day and per work day (based on a 5-day work week).
    2. Duration - average minutes spent per inspection and day. 
    3. Follow-up(s) - total follow-up count and how many are opened and closed.
    4. Inspection Duration Graph - a visual representation of the average time spent per inspection. 
    5. Inspection(s) by Score Range - table of inspection score range, count, and average duration. 
    6. Inspections(s) by Operator - break down of Operators the selected Evaluator has inspected.
    7. View Trends  (see step 4 for detail). 


      Click on an Operator you would like to view details for and then click on the green Select Operator to See Details button above the table to drill down into the details.

  • Note: To sort the data by Ascending or Descending, click on the column title you would like to sort by in the report.



    5. View Trends - Click on the green View Trends button on the right-hand corner of the report to view trends (shown above "g").

    1. There are 4 Elements of this report:

      a.  Inspections/Month -Count by month of Inspections performed.

      b.  Time Spent Inspecting - Count by month of time (minutes) spent on inspections during the average work day, day inspected, and total inspection duration (hours).

      c.  Follow-up(s) Still Open & Overdue - Count by month of new Follow-ups created and those with the status that is still open and overdue.

      d.  Follow-up(s) Status - Count by month of Follow-ups that were created and closed.


      5. To go back to the Summary page, click on the green  View Summary button in the top right-hand corner.

      6. To export the report, click the "..." icon ... at the top right-hand corner of the report table that you would like to export and then click on Export Data.

      7. To open the report in Full-Screen click on the arrows at the top right-hand corner of the report.

      8. To focus/expand on the report table, click the Focus Mode icon.

      Summary:
