Follow-up Emails - Batch Email

When a follow-up assigned to you, you will receive an email. With the batch email notifications, you will receive one (1) email, with all of the follow-ups that have been assigned to you that day.

From the email, you can access the Walsh system in order to update your follow-ups. Here's how.

  1. When you open the email, you will see a list of your follow-ups, click on the View & Respond button beside the follow-up that you wish to access. (Note: by clicking View & Respond, it will direct you to the follow-up in the system.)

  2. Review the Follow-up details including the Standard & ProcedureInspection Notes, and Media.  These additional details will assist you with what needs to be done, and any information left by the Evaluator.

  3. Add your comments in the Comments section with any updates.

  4. Update the status as needed to Open, Closed or Blocked with any updates.

    (Note: You may see "Resolved" instead of "Closed" depending on your account setup.

  5. After adding any comments or changing the status, click on the Save button.

Summary

With the batch email option, you will receive one (1) email for all of the follow-ups assigned to you that day.  Click on the View & Respond buttons to access the Walsh system and update your follow-ups.
