Resolving a Follow-up

Have open Follow-ups assigned to you? Here is how you can go in and resolve those deficiencies.

When a follow-up is corrected the Operator will update the status from open to resolved. Acknowledging that the work has been complete. (Note: Only Operators users resolve follow-ups)

  1. Access your open follow-ups on your Dashboard by clicking on Open Follow-ups.
  2. Select an Open Follow-ups.
  3. Review Standard and ProcedureInspection Notes (if any)Media (if any).
  4. Change status from Open to Resolved.
  5. Add any comments, if needed.
  6. Once the follow-up has been updated, click the Save Button at the bottom right-hand side of your screen. 


  7. Return to Follow-up List View to resolve the rest of your follow-ups.

Summary

When you have an open Follow-up assigned to you, you must change the status to Resolved by the Due Date, or the Follow-up will become Overdue.
