Resolving a Follow-up
Have open Follow-ups assigned to you? Here is how you can go in and resolve those deficiencies.
When a follow-up is corrected the Operator will update the status from open to resolved. Acknowledging that the work has been complete. (Note: Only Operators users resolve follow-ups)

- Access your open follow-ups on your Dashboard by clicking on Open Follow-ups.
- Select an Open Follow-ups.
- Review Standard and Procedure, Inspection Notes (if any), Media (if any).
- Change status from Open to Resolved.
- Add any comments, if needed.
- Once the follow-up has been updated, click the Save Button at the bottom right-hand side of your screen.
- Return to Follow-up List View to resolve the rest of your follow-ups.
Summary
When you have an open Follow-up assigned to you, you must change the status to Resolved by the Due Date, or the Follow-up will become Overdue.
