Resend a Follow-up Email
Changed any key information in your Follow-up i.e. Operator, Due Date, Notes? Then you should resend the Follow-up to the Operator.
Here's how!
- From the Follow-up section, click on the Follow-up you would like to resend.
Click here for instructions on how to filter/find a specific Follow-up. - Click on the green outlined Resend button to the right of the Follow-up details.
- A green pop-up message will appear on the bottom right-hand corner of your screen confirming the email notification has been resent.
