Batch Status Change Follow-ups

Need to change the status of multiple follow-ups at once? With the Change Status feature, you can resolve or close multiple follow-ups in one instance. Here's how...

  1. While signed in as an Evaluator or Account Administrator, select one of the Follow-up Widgets or the Follow-up option on the left-hand menu.
  2. Select the Follow-ups you wish to change the status of with the check box to the left of each follow-up. (Note: they must all be changing to the same status to use this option).
  3. Click on the Change Status button.
  4. Select the status that you wish to change all of the selected follow-ups to.
  5. Once confirmed, click on the Change button to update the Follow-up statuses.

Summary

When you have multiple follow-ups that need to change statuses at once, select your multiple follow-ups and then the  Change Status button.
