Batch Status Change Follow-ups

Need to change the status of multiple follow-ups at once? With the Change Status feature, you can resolve or close multiple follow-ups in one instance. Here's how...

  1. While signed in as an Evaluator or Account Administrator, select one of the Follow-up Widgets or the Follow-up option on the left-hand menu.

  2. Select the Follow-ups you wish to change the status of with the check box to the left of each follow-up.

    (Note: they must all be changing to the same status to use this option).

Click on Close Selected to change the status to closed.

Click on Resolve Selected to change the status to resolved.

Or click on Change Status to select another status from the menu (Open, Blocked).




Summary

When you need to update multiple follow-ups at once, select them all and choose the new status you’d like to apply.
