Batch Status Change Follow-ups
Need to change the status of multiple follow-ups at once? With the Change Status feature, you can resolve or close multiple follow-ups in one instance. Here's how...

- While signed in as an Evaluator or Account Administrator, select one of the Follow-up Widgets or the Follow-up option on the left-hand menu.
- Select the Follow-ups you wish to change the status of with the check box to the left of each follow-up. (Note: they must all be changing to the same status to use this option).
- Click on the Change Status button.
- Select the status that you wish to change all of the selected follow-ups to.
- Once confirmed, click on the Change button to update the Follow-up statuses.
Summary
When you have multiple follow-ups that need to change statuses at once, select your multiple follow-ups and then the Change Status button.
