What are the different Follow-up Statuses?

Open: When you have follow-ups assigned to you, they will be listed as “open follow-ups”. Open Follow-ups are items that need to be corrected before the due date.

Blocked: Blocked Follow-ups are Open Follow-ups that are unable to be resolved (i.e. waiting for an item to arrive that is out of stock, unable to access location). The purpose of this status is to communicate that the Follow-up is in progress but waiting to be resolved due to an outside circumstance.

Resolved: Resolved Follow-ups are Follow-ups an Operator has corrected and is awaiting the Evaluator to reinspect the work done.  Note: If you do not want to use the resolved status this can be removed from your account. Note: Resolved Follow-ups are still active until Closed, therefore will still be overdue if not Closed by the Due Date.

Closed: Closed follow-ups are Follow-ups an Evaluator has reviewed and confirms that the work has been corrected and the follow-up is now complete. This can be done after the Operator has corrected and changed the follow-up to resolved, or directly from the open status.  Note: only Evaluators can close follow-ups. This finalizes the follow-up process.

Once you have changed the follow-up status, click Save and this will update your follow-up.

Summary

When a follow-up has been attended to, the Operator/Evaluator will change the status based on the current state of the corrected item.
