Dashboard for Evaluators

The Dashboard is the home screen of the Walsh portal. As an Evaluator, you have access to your inspection data & follow-ups that you have created. Below is a brief description of each section on the Dashboard.

1. The Assignments Below Quota displays what inspections are below quota, click on this widget to see what quotes you need to complete within the given timeframe. 

2. The Total Inspections widget provides access to all your completed inspections, click on this widget to view your inspections. 

3. The Open Follow-ups widget displays a list of all open follow-ups that you have created, click on this widget to review these follow-ups.

4. The Overdue Follow-ups are follow-ups that haven’t been closed and are now past the due date, click on this widget to review these follow-ups.

5. The  Blocked Follow-ups are pending follow-ups due that are blocked due to situations beyond the user's control (ex. an Operator was not able to clean the room because it was occupied by a patient or material that is on backorder needed to repair an item).  Click on this widget to review these follow-ups. 

6. Top Failed Questions are the most common failed questions throughout all your inspections, click on a question in this widget to see more details.

7. Top Failed Topics are the most common failed topics throughout all your inspections,  click on a bar in the graph of this widget to see more details.

8. Recent Activity provides a list of recent inspections completed along with the date the inspection was completed & the score of each inspection. Click on any inspection to view the details.

9. The Dashboard button re-directs you back to the Dashboard if you're navigating on another page.

10. The Inspection button will direct you to the inspection page, to start a new inspection.

11. The Follow-up button will display all of the follow-ups that you have created throughout your inspections.
