Performing an Inspection
Need to record inspections? By performing an inspection you can instantly record the current state of items in a location.
With the data collected, you can generate performance reports and create automated follow-ups to correct any failed items.
(Note: only Evaluators can perform inspections)

- When signed in as an Evaluator, click on the Inspection button at the bottom of your dashboard screen.
- Select your Assignment for which you wish to inspect. Your Location (Campus, Building, Floor, Area, Room as applicable), Checklist, Operator & Manager (if applicable).
- Click on the Start button to start your inspection. (Note: if the Start button is not green, one of the filters required above has not been selected).
- You have the option to backdate an inspection if needed.
- At the start of the inspection, you have the option to expand the checklist to see all question details. By clicking on Expand All, this will display all of the questions, and their response options.
- You have the option to show all inspection topics. By clicking on Show Topics, it will display the Topic of the Question.
- You have the option to hide the question index number by clicking Hide Question ID.
- If you select a Response Option with the compliance of 100%, this records that the item meets the standard and is correct to move on.
- If you select a Response Option with the compliance of 0%, this records that the item does not meet the standard. If set up in your account a follow-up may be created.
- You can also add details to any question.
- You can repeat any question if the items appear more than once in this location to record multiple instances.
- You can search your checklist to easily pull up a specific topic or question.
- Once all items have been inspected, click on the Complete button to complete the inspection
Summary
To perform an inspection, you must be signed into the system as an Evaluator. Once signed in, click on the inspection button from the bottom menu to start recording the inspection data from items inspected within a location.
