Follow-up Email Notification Tracking

Want to check if a follow-up email notification was sent?

View the Follow-up Activity log to confirm if and when an email notification was sent to the assigned users.

1. From the Follow-up section, click on the Follow-up you would like to view details on. 
   
2. Scroll down to the Activity Log, at the bottom of the selected Follow-up.
   
   A log will be created under Email Service and it will indicate if/when the email notification was sent, when it was sent, who it was sent to and it if was accepted,
