How to Repeat a Question in the Same Location

Sometimes when you are carrying out your inspections, you might need to answer the same question more than once in the same area or room.

Let’s say you are in a room with 3 beds and you want to inspect each bed. You will need to repeat the same question within that room. Here is how you do that.

1. Start the inspection and select the question you want to repeat.                                                                                          

   

2. Answer the question the first time.

   

3. Click the Repeat button.

   

4. This inserts the same question again.

   

5. Repeat the question as many times as needed.
