Location Not Showing up in an Inspection?

Did you recently add a new location(s), and they are not showing up in your inspection?

This is because the Location(s) need to be linked to the Assignment.

Note: Only Administrators can add Locations/link to Assignments.


Here's how:

  1. When signed in to the system, click on the Setup tab in the left-hand menu bar. Once the menu is open, click on Assignments.



  2. Click on the Pencil icon next to the Assignment you'd like to add the Location(s) to.



  3. Click on Place(s) to select and unselect the list of Locations you wish to apply to this assignment. 



  1. Here you can select the locations you'd like to apply to this assignment. 

    a. Click on the down arrows left to the location name to expand the hierarchies.

    b. You can also use the search box filter to narrow your results.

    c. Click on the checkbox to add the location so that it is blue with a white checkmark.


    (Note: Depending on the Assignment Level you have selected, you will only be able to choose locations that are applicable to that level.)


  2. Once you have made your changes to your Assignment, click the Save button to update your Assignment.

    Note: Users may need to sign out/sign back in to see the updates if they are signed into the system while the updates are made.




Summary:

If Locations are not appearing in an Inspection, please make sure they are linked to the Assignment.
