User Not Showing up in an Inspection?

Did you recently add a new user(s), and they are not showing up in your inspection?

The reason for this is that the User(s) need to be linked to the Assignment.

Note: Only Administrators can add Users/link to Assignments.


Here's how:

  1. When signed in to the system, click on the Setup tab in the left-hand menu bar. Once the menu is open, click on Assignments.



  2. Click on the Pencil icon next to the Assignment you'd like to add the User(s) to.



  3. Click on People to select and unselect the list of Operators, Evaluators, and Managers you wish to apply to this assignment. 



  1. Move the Users from Available to Selected under each applicable user role type.

To move the users, double-click on the user you would like to move over or use the arrow buttons.

>> = Move all users from Available to Selected (add to Assignment)

> = Move 1 selected user from Available to Selected (add to Assignment)

< = Move 1 selected user from Selected to Available (remove from Assignment)

<< = Move all users from Available to Selected (remove all from Assignment)

  1. Once you have made your changes to your Assignment, click the Save button to update your Assignment.

    Note: Users may need to sign out/sign back in to see the updates if they are signed into the system while the updates are made.




Summary:

If Users are not appearing in an Inspection, ensure they are linked to the Assignment.
