The system signed me out.

  • The system will automatically sign you out after 4 hours of inactivity.  Simply reenter your password to regain access.

I forgot my password.

  • To reset your password, click the Forgot Password? option from the login screen. You will receive a reset password email with a link to set your new password. Click here for details. 
How do I change my password?
  • To change your password, log in to your Walsh account, click on your name at the top right corner of your screen, then click Change Password from the dropdown. Click here for details.

How do I add the Walsh portal to my home screen on my mobile phone?

What are the User roles in the Walsh portal?

  • Administrator, Evaluator, Manager, Operator. These user roles define the different abilities and functions each user will have access to in the Walsh system. Click here for details. 

How do I add a new User?

  • To add a new user, sign in to the system as an Account Administrator and access the Users menu under Setup.  Click here for details.

I can't see my users in an inspection.

  • To see your list of users in an inspection, make sure they are properly linked to the assignment. Click here for more details.
How do I delete a User?
  • To delete a user, sign in to the system as an Account Administrator and access the Users menu under Setup. Click here for details.
How do I switch User roles?
  • To switch User roles, sign out of your current user role by clicking your name and signing out on the top right corner of your screen. Sign back in and select your applicable user role. Click here for details.

How do I close a Follow-up?

  • When your Operator has set your follow-up to Resolved, you must then set it to Closed before the due date. Otherwise, it will become Overdue. Click here for details.

How do I resolve a Follow-up?

  • When you have open follow-ups assigned to you, you can set them to resolved to let your supervisors know, that the work has been completed. Click here for details. 

How do I filter a Follow-up?

  • To filter Follow-ups, click on the Filter option on the Follow-up page. Click here for details.

How do I repeat a question in the same location?

  • To repeat a question simply click the Repeat button beside your question. Click here for details. 

How do I backdate an inspection?

  • To backdate an inspection, click on the Calendar button on the top right corner of the inspection page. Click here for details. 
How can I update a location?
  • To update location details in your account, sign in to the system as an Account Administrator and access the Location Structure Menu. Click here for details.
How do I enable quotas?
  • To set quotas for your Evaluators, access the quota settings on the edit assignments page. Click here for details.  

How can I update my checklists?

  • To add/delete items from your checklist, sign into the system as an Account Administrator and access the Inspection Templates Menu. Click here for details.
What are the IT requirements to use the Walsh portal?
  • Walsh is a progressive web app that runs on modern browsers with an internet connection; Chrome 45+, Edge 42+, & Safari 11+. Internet Explorer 11.7+ is only supported for Operator Users. Please click here to see the list of requirements.
Can we purchase tablets through Walsh?
