Inspection Page Stuck at 99%

Are you trying to perform an inspection but the page won't load past 99%?

The most common reason for this issue is that:


  1. You are using an out-of-date version of the Walsh Software.

a. Confirm your Walsh Version # located on the top (right or middle) of the screen and ensure that you are running the current version. 

Click here to find the most recent app version.


b. Sign Out of the system by selecting your name/initials on the top right-hand corner of the screen, and then select Sign Out.

Note: If you are on a desktop, once you get to the login screen select CTRL + F5 on your keyboard.


c. Sign back in and confirm your version #.

Note: If the version # did not update, try step 1b again. It may take a few tries.


OR


  1. Your session is timed out (i.e. logged into the system from a previous session or extended period of time).

    a. Sign Out of the system by selecting your name/initials on the top right-hand corner of the screen, and then select Sign Out.


    b. Sign back in and try again.




Summary

If your inspection page won't load past 99%, signing out and signing back into the system should resolve the issue.
