Data Table Reporting Results

Want to do more with your reports? Access the data of your inspection results in a Data Table, and export to work with the data further!

Here's how!


Note: Data Tables are available on the following reports:

  1. Select the appropriate report from the list above for the data that you are looking for.
  2. If you wish to filter any of the reporting information please do this first, the Data Table will be shown based upon the results of the report displayed on the screen.
  3. On the blue left-hand menu of the report click on the View Data Table button.

4. Here you will see a Data Table with the results that make up the report selected. This information may include the Inspection ID, Assignment, Score and Score Ranges, Inspection Template, Evaluator, Location, Operator, Inspection Start/End Date, Inspection Duration, and Inspection Question (if applicable).


Note: Follow-up reports will also include Statuses, Responses, and Notes.


To Exit the Data Table, click on the green Back button at the top left-hand corner.

  1. To export the report, click the "..." icon at the top right-hand corner of the report table and then click on Export Data.

  1. A pop-up window will appear and give you a choice of how you want to export the report. Data with current layout or Summarized Data. Click on the export format of your preference and then click on the yellow Export button at the bottom right-hand corner. 

    Note: Exports in Excel Workbook (*.xlsx) 

    Data with current layout: 

    Exports the data without any formatting added (icons, colors, etc.).

    Summarized data: 

    Exports the data with formatting (includes sums, averages, medians, etc.).


Summary

View the Data Table to see the inspection data that makes up the totals/results displayed on the report.
