How to Update Your Walsh App

We are frequently releasing new versions of the Walsh QA app.

To ensure your Walsh QA app is running with the latest version and features, follow the steps below.


Note: To ensure you are always running the latest version of the Walsh QA, it is best practice to sign out every time you are finished using the system.

Click here to see the most recent version and what's included! The most recent version will be displayed at the top of the list.


  1. Sign in to the Walsh QA app using your login credentials.

  2. View the version number at the top right-hand corner of your screen (i.e., Version: 2.8).

  3. On the top right-hand corner of your screen, click on your name/initials and then select Sign Out from the dropdown menu.


  1. This will take you back to step 1 above.

    If using a Desktop, press CTRL + F5 on your keyboard (this will hard-refresh the page).

    For Mobile Devices (phones, tablets), proceed to step 5.


  1. Sign back into the system and confirm version # is correct.

Note: This may take a couple of attempts. If your version still does not update when signing back in, clear your web browser's cache and history and sign in once again.
