Performing Marked Fluorescent Inspections
Want to record your Marked Fluorescent Inspections?
With the data collected by using a Marked Fluorescent Test Inspection, you can record which items were marked fluorescent in the room and then return to the inspection after the room has been cleaned to record the results from the tested items to see if they have been properly cleaned.
(Note: only Evaluators can perform inspections).

Mark items in the room with a fluorescent substance and record the items marked in your "Marked Fluorescent Checklist" in WalshQA.
- Complete the inspection.
The Housekeeper/Operator will clean the room.
- From your Dashboard, select your Marked Fluorescent Inspections Widget, this will display all open marked fluorescent inspections.
Select the room you wish to re-open.
Click on Edit Inspection.
Perform your Blacklight test.
Record test results into WalshQA. (Note: All items must be rated to close the Marked Fluorescent status of that room.)
Summary
When using a Marked Fluorescent Checklist, you will first mark the items in the WalshQA app that you add a fluorescent substance to. Then once the room has been cleaned, you will go back to the room and reopen your completed Marked Fluorescent inspection, and record the test results.
