How to Add and Edit Topics and Questions
There may come a time where you would like to add a new Topic and Question to your existing checklists. Or, you can edit your existing Topics and Questions by changing the wording, or the Response Options and Response Actions on how your questions are answered.
This training video will guide you through the steps in adding new Topics and Questions, and how to edit your existing Topics and Questions.
(Note: only Admins can add and edit topics and questions)
Summary
By creating new topics, you will be able to create a new primary focus item for your inspection. Within the topics, you can create new questions on how that topic will be evaluated. If you would like the change the layout, or wording of a Topic or Question, you can do so by clicking the Edit button and updating your topics and questions.
