IT Requirements

Not sure what technical requirements you need in order to run the Walsh platform? Below is the list of minimum requirements and software that we support.



TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS 

The Walsh QA platform is a secure website available to licensed users to carry out a variety of inspections, tests, and surveys. This platform allows users to access forms, submit results, and view reporting details directly from their mobile devices, tablets, or desktop. The data entered through this web interface feeds into Walsh QA Solutions’ secure database and reporting system. This document outlines the technical requirements for a facility to use Walsh QA Solutions effectively on any platform or device.


Process:

  1. The Evaluator logs into the Walsh website and enters inspection results.
  2. Updates are sent to Managers via email.
  3. The Manager logs into the Walsh website to review follow-up details, reports, etc.
  4. The Administrator logs into the Walsh website to carry out any administrative duties.

Please Note:

• Data is securely transferred via HTTPS protocol through Web APIs, utilizing TLS 1.2 binding encryption.

• The Walsh QA platform is browser-based and operates on any up-to-date browser.

• The interface uses HTML5 and is built on RESTful API architecture hosted on Microsoft Azure Secure datacenters hosted in the U.S.A.

• It is forbidden to collect any type of patient information (PII) or any confidential information.



Walsh Provides:

✓Compatibility with modern browsers; Chrome 105+, Edge 100+, and Safari 15+

✓ Offline functionality is supported in iOS 16+, iPadOS 16+, and Android 10+

✓ Microsoft Azure Cloud Hosting includes backups and redundancy

✓ Walsh has a team of full-time developers carrying out ongoing development, bug fixes, and technical support

✓ Walsh has a team of full-time customer support specialists who carry out system setup, user training, and ongoing user support.

✓ These services are included with all licenses.



FedRAMP

Walsh QA services and data are hosted in the Microsoft Azure cloud environment which meets demanding US government compliance requirements including:

Federal Risk and Authorization Management Program (FedRAMP)
