IT Requirements

Not sure what technical requirements you need in order to run the Walsh platform? Below is the list of minimum requirements and software that we support.

TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS 


Walsh Integrated Inc. provides a Progressive Web App (PWA) platform that replaces paper checklists and surveys. This document outlines the technical requirements for a facility to be able to run Walsh QA Solutions.


Walsh Provides:


Browsers:

✓ A Progressive Web App that runs on modern browsers with an internet connection; Chrome 105+, Edge 100+, and Safari 15+

✓ Internet Explorer 11.7+ is only supported for Operator Users


Operating Systems:

✓ Works offline in iOS 15+, iPadOS 15+, Android 10+


✓ HTML5 Interface built on Restful API architecture.

✓ TLS 1.2 Binding Encryption

✓ Cloud Hosting, Backups, Redundancy, Ongoing Development, and bug fixes

✓ Setup, Training, and ongoing user support


Please Note

✓ Walsh Apps are not used to collect patient (PII) or confidential information

✓ Data is securely synced via HTTPS protocol through Web APIs

✓ Walsh Apps are browser based, therefore no client-side software is required Requirements Devices must be connected to the Internet with the following configuration:

✓ Ports 80 & 443 must be open for the HTTPS requests

✓ Unblock https://walshqa.com & https://walshintegrated.com/


Wireless access could be via any of the following:

✓ Secure Wi-Fi network

✓ Public/Open/Patient/Guest Wi-Fi network

✓ Hotspot device

FedRAMP

Walsh QA services and data are hosted in the Microsoft Azure cloud environment which meets demanding US government compliance requirements including:
