IT Requirements

Not sure what technical requirements you need in order to run the Walsh platform? Below is the list of minimum requirements and software that we support.

TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS 


Walsh Integrated Inc. provides a Progressive Web App (PWA) platform designed for collecting inspection results, and the data entered on this website is used to access various reporting details. This document outlines the technical requirements for a facility to run Walsh QA Solutions.


Process:

  1. The user (Supervisor) opens the Walsh website on their phone or tablet to enter inspection results while in the room.
  2. The user (Manager) accesses the Walsh website on their desktop computer to review the collected reports. These can also be received by email as PDF files.

Please Note:

1. Walsh Apps are not used to collect patient information (PII) or any confidential information.

  1. Data is securely synced via HTTPS protocol through Web APIs, utilizing TLS 1.2 binding encryption.
  2. Walsh programs are browser-based, which means no client-side


Walsh Provides:

  1. Browser access via https://walshqa.com
  2. Compatibility with modern browsers that have an internet connection: Chrome 105+, Edge 100+, and Safari 15+
  3. Offline functionality in iOS 15+, iPadOS 15+, and Android 10+
  4. Microsoft Azure Cloud Hosting, including backups, redundancy, ongoing development, and bug fixes

  5. Setup, training, and ongoing user support



FedRAMP

Walsh QA services and data are hosted in the Microsoft Azure cloud environment which meets demanding US government compliance requirements including:

✓ Federal Risk and Authorization Management Program (FedRAMP)

✓ Department of Defense (DoD) Cloud Computing Security Requirements Guide (SRG) Impact Level (IL) 2, 4, 5, and 6

✓Joint Special Access Program (SAP) Implementation Guide (JSIG)
