Hand Hygiene Report
By running the Hand Hygiene Report, you will be able to see your Hand Hygiene Survey results by Summary, Event, Shift, and Worker Type.
Note: Only Account Administrators & Managers can generate reports.
Available for Hand Hygiene Clients only.
When signed in to the system, click on the Reports tab in the left-hand menu bar. Once the menu is open, click on the Hand Hygiene report.
There are 4 versions of this report that you can view by using the buttons at the bottom of the blue left-hand column under View Report by.
a. Summary
b. Event
c. Shift
d. Worker Type
Note: The title of the version you are on will be displayed at the top of the report.
3. This report has 6 elements.
a. % of Compliance- the percentage of compliance/average score of all surveys
b. Total Survey Count- the total count of surveys conducted
c. Total Pass - the total count of surveys conducted that had a Pass rating
d. Total Fail - the total count of surveys conducted that had a Fail rating
e. Table Graph - displays the above in a table graph format by version selected (Event, Shift, Worker Type)
f. Bar Graph - displays the above in a bar graph format by version selected (Event, Shift, Worker Type)
4. You can drill down even further by clicking on the "+" icons on the table.
To export the report, click the "..." icon at the top right-hand corner of the report table that you would like to export and then click on Export data.
To open the report in Full Screen click on the arrows at the top right-hand corner of the report.
To focus/expand on the report table, click the Focus Mode icon.
9. On the blue left-hand menu, click on View Filters Selected and you can filter on the following parameters:
a. Date Range
b. Assignment
c. Event
d. Shift
e. Worker Type
f. Campus
g. Building
h. Floor
i. Area
j. Room
The report data will update automatically as the filters are applied.
