Release Notes Version 2.5 - November 28, 2022

On Monday, November 28 ^th, we released Version 2.5 of Walsh’s Quality Management App (Walsh QA) with many new features!

Here’s what’s new!

New Functionality:

•          Inspection questions can now have more than one response.
  
  
•          Admin Users can add Locations directly to your account.
•          Managers are CC’d on batch email notifications.
•          Email history is detailed in the Follow-up Activity Log.
  
  
•          System logout when inactive for 4 hours.

Improvements:

•          Dashboard Follow-up Widgets will display all data (currently past 30 days).
•          Larger drop-down arrow to add details.
•          Support Chat icon has moved to our Support Section.

New Reports:

•          Operator Performance Report - individualized results & trends by Operator.

•          Evaluator Performance Report - individualized results & trends by Evaluator.
  
  
  
  
•          Follow-up Activity Report – log of actions by user to close Follow-ups.
  
•          All Reports have been expanded to 2019.
