How to Generate a Detailed Follow-up Report in Word Format

Looking for a detailed follow-up report in Microsoft Word format?

By generating a detailed Word report, you can create a report with one or multiple follow-ups to a Microsoft Word Document and include all notes, photos, and activity logs.

(Note: Only Account Administrators & Managers can generate reports)

  1. When signed in to the system, click on the Reports tab in the left-hand menu bar. Once the menu is open, click on the Follow-up Details Report.

    (Note: Generate Detailed Word Report is also available on the Inspection Details Report!)

  2. Filter your Report as needed to narrow down your results.

  3. All Follow-ups shown in the table will be used to create the report. If you wish to report on a single Follow-up you can filter by that Follow-up ID.

    Note: there is a maximum limit of 50 Follow-ups.

  4. Click on the green Generate Detailed Word Report Button on the top left-hand corner of the report to create your Word report.

  5. A pop-up will appear. Here, you can check each box you wish to include in the export:

    a. Media - photos attached to the selected follow-up(s).

    b. Activity Log - a log of all activities made by the inspectors and/or operators for the follow-up(s) selected (i.e. status changes, comments added, emails sent etc.)

    Then, click Submit.

  6. Your report will create a detailed Microsoft Word document.

a. The first page is your cover page which includes all the filters selected.

b. The following pages will include full details of the follow-ups selected.

c. The green bar indicates the beginning of a new follow-up.
