Predefined Notes

What are predefined notes?

Predefined Notes are a quick and easy way to give more details on an inspection item without having to retype the note each time.

With the click of a button, you can briefly describe/explain/comment on the current state of an inspection item.

By creating new predefined notes in the Predefined Notes section of the Walsh Setup menu, you can create anything from a positive note to a brief description of the task required.  Note: Only Walsh Administrators can add to the Predefined notes library, contact your Administrator to add to your library.

For example, when performing inspections you notice that there is light dust on items frequently, you can create a Predefined Note called "Light Dust". When this predefined note is selected, the PDN Long Name associated with it will be attached to the inspection question, giving the operator the details needed on what would be corrected.
