Quotas

What is a Quota?

A quota sets the number of inspections you want the evaluator(s) to perform in a given time-frequency for specific inspection templates.

A quota is an easy way to manage and communicate expectations to your team.

Quotas are configured in the Assignments.  All Evaluators, Inspections Templates, and Locations in the Assignment will be part of the quota.

Quotas can be set for different time-frequencies: daily, weekly, monthly, or yearly.  As well as what days of the week and when the quota will reset.

You can set the number of inspections required in the time-frequency set.

Managers and Administrators can send customized email notifications to Evaluators that are below quota or above quota.

For example, if you have a Week Day AM Shift Assignment and want your AM Shift Evaluators to perform a minimum of 5 inspections per day, you can set a quota for your Week Day AM Shift Assignment to a quantity of 5 inspections, daily, Monday - Friday. When the Evaluators sign in to the App for the start of their day they will see that they have 5 inspections to complete today.  By mid-afternoon, they may see that they only have 2 remaining if they have completed 3 so far today.
