Dashboard for Administrators
The Dashboard is the home screen of the Walsh QA site. As an Account Administrator, you can add/edit/delete system content as well as see an overview of your teams' inspection progression. Below is a brief description of each section on the Dashboard.
1. The Assignments Below Quota widget provides a list of Evaluators below their quotas. When enabled, you can assign Evaluators inspections to complete within a certain timeframe. 2. The Total Inspections widget gives you access to all completed inspections.
3. The Open Follow-ups widget provides a list of all follow-ups that have the status of Open.
4. The Overdue Follow-ups widget provides a list of all follow-ups that are past their due date and haven't been closed.
5. The Blocked Follow-ups widget provides a list of pending follow-ups that are blocked due to situations beyond the user's control (ie. waiting on parts to complete a repair).
6. Top Failed Questions widget provides a list of the most common failed questions throughout all inspections.
7. Top Failed Topics widget provides a list of the most common failed topics throughout all inspections.
8. Recent Activity details the recent inspections completed.
