Release Notes Version 2.3.1 - May 13, 2021
On May 13, 2021, we released Version 2.3.1 of the Walsh Quality Management App. This includes the new Report: Inspected/Not Inspected by Location.
With this powerful new report, you can easily see which locations have NOT been inspected within a certain period of time. For example, you could see the list of rooms that have never been inspected in the past 12 months.

There are 6 elements to this report:
- Summary Graph – the Number & % of rooms “inspected” (green), and “not inspected” (blue)
- Start Date – Date this report begins
- End Date – Date this report ends
- Rooms Inspected Graph – the count of rooms inspected. Click on the graph to filter or expand the details.
- Rooms Not Inspected Graph - the count of rooms not inspected. Click on the graph to filter or expand the details.
- Detailed Room Table – Displays every room within the Campus, building, floor and area you selected, with the latest inspection date.

Summary
To find the list of rooms that have not yet been inspected, you can run an Inspected/Not Inspected by Location Report. This report will inform you which rooms were not yet inspected, or the last time a location was inspected.
